INTERIOR
1. Run water in all faucets.
2. Flush toilets and
clean unsightly evaporation ring.
3. Confirm that major kitchen appliances are working.
4. Maintain requisite room
temperature.
5. Start your vehicle.
6. Verify that all windows and doors are locked.
7. Conduct an interior
pest control inspection.
8. Assure proper functioning of alarm system.
9. Make sure that all lights and fans are
off.
10.Check on general condition of home interior.
EXTERIOR
1. Empty mailbox and forward important
mail.
2. Check on pool maintenance.
3. Check on lawn maintenance and landscape trimming.
4. Confirm proper
functioning of sprinkler system.
5. Conduct an exterior pest control inspection.
6. Check for condition of screens.
7. Check on general condition of home exterior.
OTHER SERVICES
1. Accept UPS or FedEx packages.
2.
With prior notice, provide access to your home for house cleaning services, pest control services, maintenance workers, and
special deliveries.
3. Collect all newspapers and pick up outside trash.
4. Place trash/recyclables at curbside
(as requested).
5. Set house temperature and pool heater to desired temperature just prior to your arrival.
6. Recommend
credible contractors for your home improvements and/or repair. HouseCheck will coordinate their work.
FOR
ADDITIONAL FEES
If requested, HouseCheck will attempt to hire crews to install and remove hurricane shutters at the current
rate charged.
OTHER INDIVIDUAL ADDITIONAL SERVICES ARE NEGOTIABLE.
